Job Description

• Assist in submission of management reports with analysis on financial variance in P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports for group accounts (total of 3 Flyproject outlets and 1 bar)
• Assist in identifying and extracting appropriate drivers and business models that support Upper Management’s decision making
• Advise Upper Management in managing overfall finance matters, planning and preparation of annual financial budget for various accounts
• Consistently assess performance measurements and evaluate cost efficiencies to improve overall financial performance
• Ensure compliance with latest accounting standards, taxation regulations and company internal policies
• Assist in supervising operational teams and be held accountable for overall accounting procedures
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors and tax agents
• RM4,500 - RM5,000 per month inclusive of EPF, SOCSO and SIP contribution
• Free workout classes inclusive of spin, yoga, pilates, HIIT, rhythmic boxing worth RM420 per month

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or equivalent
• Intermediate in usage of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Powerpoint
• Efficient and effective communication skills in English and Malay, both spoken and written
• Organised and has great attention to detail
• Quick and sharp understanding of numbers and accounting terms
• Self-driven and works comfortably with concepts
• Strong analytical skills, complemented with strategic thinking
• Min. 2 years experience in Finance, Admin or/and Business Management
