About The Job

This role requires you to have the best intellectual connection with customers in order to be their support pillar. You are required to understand and resolve their situation no matter what happens. Customer are always your top priority and you are required to have better understanding and be more generic in your answers.

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve overal customer satisfaction with our services. 
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. 
  • Managing high volume amounts of incoming calls, messages and emails from customers. 
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs and wants to  achieve satisfaction of our customers 

Job Requirements

  1. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools 
  2. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. 
  3. Take the extra mile to engage customers 
  4. You’re self-motivated, self-starting, self-assured……self! 
  5. A high sense of urgency and multitasking skills 
  6. Strong handling skills and active listening 
  7. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus! 
  8. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters 
  9. Excellent communication skills 
  10. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively 
  11. Being empathetic and reasonable in high stress situations 

  1. Must be fluent written / speaking in English.
  2. Working days will cover weekends and Public Holidays on a rotational basis. 
  3. No need to follow a script...just build a personal emotional connection with each customer! 
  4. Fresh Graduates are Encouraged to apply!
