Job Description

• Develop functional and appealing web applications based on usability
• Implement responsive web design to ensure that our company websites renders well across multiple devices and are consistent platforms consistent across all browsers and platforms 
• Monitor website performance, watch for traffic drops related to site usability problems and rectify the issues
• Review and plan future website upgrades with the development team
• Assist in the development of applications and features that will be put on the website and internal functions as well
• Interpreting graphic visual or interaction designs in HTML5, CSS3, javascript, JQuery, AngularJS
• Write functional requirement documents and specifications 
• Create quality mock-ups and prototypes on tight timelines 
• Assist back-end developers in coding and troubleshooting
• Creating, editing or modifying templates for a CMS or web development framework
• Testing cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility for inconsistencies 
• Maintain graphic standards and branding throughout the product's interface
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
• Conduct observational user testing and promote usability best practices

Job Requirements

1. Experience with web development languages of HTML5, CSS3, javascript, JQuery, AngularJS, additional backend languages are a plus
2. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with minimum 1 years' working experience in Programming
3. Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and quality expectations
4. Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed time-frames
