Job Description

• Provide Partner on-boarding training and account management to assist the partner with the best practices, tools and materials.
• Update and monitor the partner’s performance in a weekly basis
• Working with the technical, product, finance and sales team for data analysis, trend and insights
• Working with the product development team to modify the partner 2.0 portal and package to increase the customer value achievement.
• Continuous improvement for all the system used to increase the productivity and reduce the lead time to produce results
• Engage with the partner in a weekly basis
• Assist and update the partner whenever there is new update on the app, announcement, package and partnerships
• Working with finance team for payment verification such as the payment from partner and warehouse.
• Update and analyze the monthly delivery expenses from the local and oversea courier charges.
• Create the content for the partner engagement message and schedule the date for message blasting
• Reply all the customer tickets related to the on-going promotion campaign and inquiries via the fresh desk ticketing system

Job Requirements

• Must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate
• Required language: English
• 1-2 years experience in related field
