Job Description
As a Snr. Digital Marketing Executive at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the company's digital marketing strategy.
Digital marketing strategies are extremely important for our company's success, so your role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives.
We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and all digital marketing channels.
Along with this designation, comes certain responsibilities which one need to accept and take over in order to comply with the performance that is expected.
- Planning and execution of marketing campaigns. Ideation, creation, distributing and measuring its impact and effectiveness
- Performing activities relating to Search Engine Optimization on a continuous basis
- Performing SEM/Performance marketing activities from planning to executing
- Creating and executing E-mail based marketing campaigns
- Continuously striving to improve the results in terms of KPIs e.g. likes, shares, etc
- Reviewing and actively managing the website and other online assets and sources
- Reaching out to new users, generate leads and retain existing users
- Analyzing market research and plan promotions and other various creative marketing techniques based on the research results.
- Basic knowledge of personal finance products and Insurance in Malaysia
- Writing skills and generally being a creative person is a PLUS!
Job Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive
- 3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- 3 years of hands on experience with SEO/SEM/Social Media and Google Analytics
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytics skills
- Self starter
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of personal finance products and Insurance in Malaysia
- Writing skills and generally being a creative person is a PLUS!
