About The Job

  • Maintain good working relationship with Key Account via regular/monthly/quarterly meetings
  • Able to analyze and negotiate the best P&L for promotion & contract
  • Responsible to communicate specific customer promotional plans to Marketing/Trade Marketing; To work with Marketing/Trade Marketing to create Key Account promotion plans
  • Volume monitoring and assist on delivery follow up
  • Post Promotion Analysis
  • Ensure customers’ specific promotion demand and requirements (flavour/pack size) are communicated to Demand Planning via Monthly Highlight to facilitate product replenishment plan
  • Ensure fluid co-operation with respective team for example Logistic, Marketing Equipment Management and One Stop Centre ; in order to provide customized solution accordance to customers’ need 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Min 3 years of experience in sales (preferably in FMCG or pharmaceutical)
  • Preferably to have Key account management experience to build & sustain volume & turnover, Forecast,    Trade Spend Management, Promotion Planning
  • Fluent in communication (English, Bahasa, preferably Mandarin/Cantonese (optional)
  • Pleasant, good personality and processes own car
  • Computer literate i.e. MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
