Job Description
· Plan, manage and track the implementation of marketing / sales strategies and promotional online events
· Responsible for propose, plan and budget control for any marketing campaign and digital marketing activities to drive traffic and increase the user engagement to the ecommerce platforms.
· Review the effectiveness (conversion rate and ROI) and make improvement on ecommerce platforms and marketing campaigns.
· Evaluate customer’s persona, practice the test and measure to design the effective customer journey mapping for ultimate goal – customer satisfaction.
· Assess market conditions, latest digital trend, competitive analysis and gap analysis to continue improve the ecommerce platforms with the suitable technology and right strategy.
· Work closely with internal brand teams and business partners to ensure the effectiveness and timeliness of marketing plan, such as products launch, merchandise mix, and etc.
· Study new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of development in digital marketing.
· Prepare monthly reports including performance review, brand exposure in all media, review the results of marketing campaign or activities.
Job Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least a degree in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing or related field.
· Minimum 2 years working experience in Ecommerce or Digital Marketing.
· Experience in B2C and B2B Ecommerce business will be an added advantage.
· Good interpersonal skills, sales management and business oriented.
· Independent and good team player.
