Job Description

• Manage and facilitate guests, close guests accounts and ensure availability of rooms
• Responsible to calculate and close accounts using proper cash handling methods and established procedures 
• Possess great personality and communication skills to take on customer inquires and reservations
• Willing to learn selling techniques to demonstrate advantages and create value for customers 
• Maintaining good guest relationship by keeping abreast of all in-house and area functions in order to answer questions and concerns with timely and knowledgeable responses in person and on the phone.
• Take charge of internal operations eg. Replying email, faxes, distributing mailboxes etc. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level 
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (need that for communicate with Headquarters in Taiwan)
• Preferred to have at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position 
• Must be willing to work in shift and also on weekend and public holiday
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage 
• Fresh graduate is encouraged.
