Job Description
- Responsible for administrative & human resources operation
- Handle staffing activities (attendance, leaves, compensation, etc) and maintain employee database.
- Monitor & record staff's attendance and prepare summary for wages calculations
- Monitor maintenance of office equipment & supplies
- Delivery of excellent level of customer service
- Optimise customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Attend to all customer inquiries
- Work closely with Development Team
- Be people-pleasers, your main objective will be to keep our customers happy!
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Administration
- Required skills: MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint.
- Fresh Graduate to max of 3 years working experience in the related field
- Experience/Knowledge in Human Resource Management
- Strong organizational skills & excellent attention to detail
- First class communication skills
- Works well independently as well as in a team with sense of urgency, responsibility, result oriented and committed to meeting deadline.
- Experience with Zendesk software is a plus!
