  • 电话客服   :早班:10:00 – 19:00 早班:11:00 – 20:00; (午休时间为12:00 — 13:00 & 13:00 – 14:00)

  • Responsible in making calls to clients.
  • Record down important details including client enquiries, questions and evaluate before providing an answer.
  • Collect data from clients and build a portfolio. 
  • Work as a team! 
  • Calling client hours: Morning Shift (10am - 7pm); (11am - 8pm); (Lunch time:12pm - 1pm & 1pm - 2pm) 

Job Requirements

  1. 优选具有客户服务经验或同等学历的候选人
  2. 耐心细致,有团队协作精神,性格开朗,抗压能力佳
  3. 候选人必须至少拥有SPM /文凭,任何领域
  4. 所需技能:Microsoft Window
  5. 五天制,轮班
  6. 语言:需通晓中文及具备优秀的写作能力
  7. 年龄介于18岁至30岁
  8. 工作地点:Megan Avenue 2, Kuala Lumpur 

  1. Priority to those who has customer service experience or with the same qualifications. 
  2. Detailed, have teamwork spirit, positive attitude, and able to handle pressure. 
  3. Candidates must posses at least SPM/Degree, or any related field. 
  4. Technical skills: Microsoft office
  5. Five days a week and working in shifts. 
  6. Language: MUST be fluent in chinese and have good skills in writing mandarin. 
  7. Age between 18 years old to 30 years old 
  8. Working area: Megan Avenue 2, Kuala Lumpur
