- Provide full secretarial, operational and administrative support.
- Responsible for arranging schedules, meetings, coordination of schedules and appointments. 
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operations
- Provide hospitality to business partners and visitors. 

Job Requirements

- 2-3 years of  relevant working experience
- Fast learner with excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
- Positive working attitude and strong team player also able to work independently 
- Professional proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Mandarin/Cantonese proficiency is a plus
