Job Description

- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues. 
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account set-up and configuration.
- Talk and guide clients through series of actions either by phone, email, or chat until issue is resolved.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.


Job Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Engineering or Technical Field
- Work experience in IT, technical support engineer, or relevant field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Diagnose and troubleshoot.
- Hands-on experience with Mac OS and Windows
