Job Description

• Review, analyze and decision upon suspicious transactions. Identify and track current fraud trends by reviewing transaction and account patterns
• Analyzes suspicious activity on customers’ accounts and researches past history for customer activity
• Assist with recording and analyzing data, through internal and external resources
• Work closely with internal functions including Disputes, Recoveries, Customer Service, and Compliance
• Effectively communicate with appropriate authorities to resolve fraud concerns. Maintain a high level of customer service while addressing customer, law enforcement, merchant, and bank requests via phone and email.
• Handle both inbound and outbound case-related calls as needed to move the status of the assigned case. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM.
• PC skills, Microsoft office ( Ms. Word / Ms Excel).
• Able to communicate in English. Oral and written communication skills in Cantonese/Mandarin would be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of internet browsing.
• Strong analytic and problem solving skills
•  Prefer with 1 – 2years working experience with knowledge in fraud prevention/detection, and/or Online fraud management.
• Must be able to work during weekend and Public Holiday based on team scheduled shift
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
