Job Description

• Conceptualization and creation of visual graphics and videos intended for publication on social media; as well as copy.
• Basic photography and videography of clients’ products / services.
• Maintain our clients’ branding guidelines on social media and design file organization.
• Flexibly work under an agency-type of environment, dealing with incoming client work (i.e. projects come in many different forms).
• Create and develop a visual response to communication problems, including understanding of hierarchy and grid structure, negative space, typography, aesthetics, user-centric design, composition and construction of meaningful imagery and photography .
• Communicate clearly and effectively in interdisciplinary team meetings and work closely with internal and external clients, project managers, community and content managers, etc. within the organization.

Job Requirements

• Basic photography / videography skills
• A strong command of english
• Keen interest in social media content marketing
• Good file naming and organisation within working files and in folders is a must
• Be creative, with an eye for good design
• Be able to prioritise a varied workload
• Work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
• Be flexible and able to adapt quickly to new creative briefs
• Work methodically and pay attention to detail
• Be able to work independently as well as in a team
• Be able to follow a design brief closely and accurately
• Be familiar with social media advertising output and specs
• Have an excellent command of the English language
• Have a flair for bringing life to the mundane
• An innate love for creating conversations
