Job Description

We are looking for

A vibrant front desk ambassador who has the ability to greet members and guests with open arms and welcome them into the DOJO community. You are the first point of contact our guests and members reach out to for answers to their questions. Be the Alfred to their Batman. Make them wonder what they’d do without you by becoming their most trusted and indispensable guide to deliver excellent day-to-day support and facilitate connections between community members.

Responsibilities

· Greet and receive members and guests

· Member registration and payment

· Answering queries and incoming calls

· Receive, sort, and distribute mail and parcels

· Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence (mails & parcels)

· Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

· Monitor office expenses and costs

· Ensuring the pantry/lounge and reception area are well maintained at all
times

· Assist members and guests with printing and WiFi connectivity

· Assist in community building activities such as yoga sessions and #DOJOeats

Job Requirements

Personable, energetic and adaptive communicator – Positive vibes attracts your tribe and it begins with YOU!
Empathetic and customer oriented – You understand what it’s like to be in our members shoes
Dedicated and diligent work ethic – You demonstrate integrity and dependability,
Strong command of the English language (fluency in other languages are a bonus but not necessary)
Able to organize and manage time efficiently
University graduates preferred but not necessary
Hospitality background preferred but not necessary
Customer service experience preferred
