We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented customer success executive to:
- To ensure all patient enquiries are attended and answered in an accurate and timely matter
- Resolve all service level issues relating to customer, deliveries & inventories
- Maintain strong customer relationship and satisfaction
- Managing the movement and storage of stock
- Manage Medication pricing and in-bound purchases
- Manage Third-Party delivery service and logistics activities
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent
- Experience in pharmaceutical is preferred.
- Excellent command of written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 3 years of working experience in related field
- Experienced in handling patients enquiries, logistics, feedback management, online communication, etc
