The individual also must have continuous improvement and innovation mindset of tissue culture techniques for potential new crops.
- Develop and validate optimal techniques which may include differences among varieties.
- Maintain written Standard Operating Procedures for all activities.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Agriculture or related field with substantial experience will be considered.
- Experienced with plant tissue culture is required, especially in banana is preferred.
- Have strong professional contacts in the plant tissue culture community to discover new opportunities in alternative crops, production systems, etc.
- Self-motivated and driven to innovate.
- Effective research, analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
