Job Description

• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality codes
• Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Swift/Objective-C code 
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs 
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and documentation  
• Able to communicate clearly with business users and project managers
• Able to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Swift 3/4, and how to deal with various types of screen layout 
• Familiar with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
• Strong knowledge of Swift UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Knowledge of the open-source Swift ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks 
• Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text 
• A deep familiarity with Swift, Objective-C and Cocoa Touch 
• Have published one or more iOS apps in the app store 
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements 
• Familiar with cloud message APIs and push notifications 
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization 
• Understand Apple’s iOS design principles and interface guidelines 
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git 
• Familiar with continuous integration 
• Diploma or University degree preferred
