What you will be doing
What you will be doing
- Attend to all inbound/outbound calls as well as messages and email.
- Assist in returns or warranty claims for customers.
- Assist customers in daily enquiries and investigations (Google, Youtube is your best friend)
- Escalate issues to relevant departments in a timely manner
- Provide feedback to customer and update them on any escalated issues, trying our best to make them happy.
- Participate in customer happiness improvement initiatives to continuously pursue our vision of providing future shopping experience.
- Provide speedy service to customers by assisting them before and after sales, teaching them how to use the product, as well as guiding them the purchase process and delivery tracing.
- Testing the returned products and verify if the product is working or not.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements
- Diploma or higher study preferred.
- Solid communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Dialects will be an added advantage.
- Ability to adapt to a fast changing environment. Dashers always evolve to make customers happy.
- Able to put yourself in the customer’s shoe, identify issues and recommend changes.
- Proactively seek for solutions until issues are resolved.
- Must be a team player!
