Requirements:
· Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science
· Minimum 2 – 4 years working experience in IT support and related capacities
· Good knowledge of Linux is mandatory; able to develop Linux scripts
· Good working knowledge of technical support and PC/laptop repair are required
· Experience in support and networking environments
· Must possess good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Good communication and interpersonal skills required in order to effectively interact with end-users and vendors
· Must be adaptable, proactive and possesses initiative to learn
· Self-motivated, responsible and resourceful
· Able to work independently
· Good knowledge of Windows Server and VMWare Virtualisation are advantageous
· Good knowledge of working with ‘open-source’ applications and solutions is advantageous
· Knowledge in Zimbra Email Server is an added advantage
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
· To manage and provide in-house IT support capability in both hardware and software for HQ and branches within Malaysia
· To manage, expedite and facilitate support matters between company key users and vendors
· To provide application and technical support for end-users (including PCs and laptops) and network infrastructure
· To administrate and support company Zimbra Email Server
· To perform periodic/scheduled activities to safe-guard the overall network and systems health
