Job Description

• Develop and communicate recipes that are operationally executable.
• Effectively share and teach professional culinary techniques and terminology.
• Develop food within specified cost parameters while delivering on flavor requirements.
• Develop and leverage supplier networks to achieve cost efficiencies while procuring quality ingredients and introducing new food; maximize supplier insights and chef resources.
• Support the culinary team in all aspects of the day to day workings of the culinary center.
• Explore new and exciting culinary techniques and presentations
• Translate development recipes by simplifying steps for executional replication.
• Accurately document recipes, methods of preparation and costing.

1. Bachelor of Culinary Arts degree from an accredited culinary program.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a hotel, restaurant or similar role
3. Culinary Skill and Technique including demonstrated mastery in the fundamentals of cooking and professional terminology.
4. Demonstrated ability to operationalize culinary concepts.
