Job Description

Responsibilities 
  • Responsible for daily accounting operation and system. 
  • Perform daily accounting functions accounts payable, receivable and etc 
  • Perform general office administrative task 
  • Monitor and process billing requests eg. PO etc 
  • Ensure implementation of company's policies, system and procedures. 
  • Provide end-to-end customer service of the highest quality 
  • Establishing regular contact with customers and prospects through Social Media, Newsletters, Blog 
  • Updating and maintaining relationship with existing and potential clients 
  • Responding to customers requests/questions by email or phone 

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at : high school diploma may be sufficient for entry-level, but college-level training may be preferred 
  2. Willing to learn and being positive 
  3. Able to meet deadlines 
  4. Able to work independently and execute works with responsibilities 
  5. Required language(s) : Chinese (Priority) and English  
  6. Being confident & courteous 
  7. Outgoing personality, target driven and results oriented 
  8. Energetic, well groomed, sales and customer service oriented
