Job Description

You will be enhancing our delegate and exhibitor experience in ensuring they have one of the best conference experiences. This job requires someone who is good at customer service and detailed work. It is 80% office bound and 20% out of office for meetings. This position reports to a Conference Manager or project lead. You will need to have a great command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, both written and verbal. If you have experience in social media marketing or adobe ai or photoshop or video editing or past working experience or volunteering experience, we encourage you to apply. Successful candidates will enter the wide world of conference organising and this leads to a career pathway to conference manager and then onwards to conference director.

Job Requirements

Passion and interest in events and conferences.
Graduate with Bachelor Degree or working experience from late teens to early 20s. 
Fluent in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Past working experiences during university days is a strong advantage.
Able to work overtime and attend meetings after hours and on weekends.
