お客様を喜ばせることを大前提としたコミュニケーション、案内
フィードバックをそれぞれのチームに与え、会社自体をより改善する

お客様へのニーズに応えるクリエイティブなコンテンツの作成

オンラインマーケティング (一日辺りの全業務の内70%):

市場のマーケット戦略、パートナーシップのリサーチ
Facebook ポストの管理(ビデオ、画像、インフォグラフィック、コンテンツ、質問等)
革新的なマーケティング戦略の実行および商品開発
チームと協力し合いながらサイトへ訪れる方へ価値の提供
チームへのブレインストームの貢献とマーケット拡大のためのリサーチ、ソーシャルメディア戦略の測定
オーガニックビジター、サイト内でのビジターフロー、売り上げの統計を取り、今流行のネタなどをコンテンツ作成担当へ依頼

Job Requirements

マーケティング、コミュニケーション等の学位、又はそれに相応する知識とやる気があれば歓迎します
日本語ネイティブスピーカー
高い英語力
