Job Description

• Achieve key performance indicators set by management 
• Manage and ensure successful distribution nationwide 
• Manage multiple functions in operations department. 
• Align operations to company direction 
• Coordinate with key stakeholders, including partners and customers, for operational improvement and excellence. 
• Manage budget and costing in execution of all projects 
• Project manage new operations related initiatives in the company 
• Responsible for all warehouse and distribution operations across multiple sites. 
• Ensures that all audits, legal standards are met and exceeded. 
• To provide effective resource planning and attention to detail in ensuring work load organization and management to meet operational KPIs. 
• Build continuous learning and improvement into the operations and logistics team. 
• Create and maintain standard operating procedure documentation and highest level of adherence. 
• Manage customer service team to ensure customers are satisfied with response. 
• Generate reports for finance use.

Job Requirements

• 3 - 5 years experience in the industry
• Leadership and management skills required
