Job Description
As an IT executive, you shall be held with the responsibilities of support the office with your IT specialty including daily operations, manage and maintain, and also provide the supervisor with actual report on daily log. You could help the company by providing current or sustainable software that could help increase productivity.
- Manage, maintain and provide technical support an up-to-date asset registry including software and hardware used in the company such as computer hardware, CCTV applications, Network LAN, WAN and, Firewall, backup, voice and video conference, printers etc.
- Perform system hardening, patching, protection and security administration including system sizing, capacity planning and benchmarking.
- Participate in sourcing IT vendors, solution partners and external suppliers to ensure purchases are made at the most cost-efficient rate.
- Participate into problem solving activities, plan and implement methods and IT solutions to secure the company’s IT infrastructure, including the enforcement of best practices in IT security.
- Review and maintain third-party services used by the company.
- Recommend alternatives to redundant or obsolete systems.
- Prepare and present proposals for the provisioning of IT-related systems and services.
- Ensure smooth IT operations and minimum down time of company system.
- Engage with the team to gather issue, request and feedback
Job Requirements
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in IT products
- Detailed and up-to-standard IT skills
- Have the urge to learn and understand more
