Job Description

Provide services to customers and answer to customers' enquiries through email and social media platforms.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services
Process customers orders
Maintaining good corporate relationship with customers
Proactive in constantly improving internal processes
Liaise with our Fulfillment partner to manage the outbound of customers’ order to achieve high level of customer service
Regularly audit the stock count in warehouse online
Maintain and update customer database including collecting their feedback, behaviour, and preferences and analyzing their needs
Keep the team updated on the ever-evolving customers’ need and feedback
Committed to an ever-going process of refining customers’ experience through their feedback and preferences

Job Requirements

No working experience required
Good command of written English
A-level (STPM, etc.) and above
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position
Great communication and problem solving skills
