Job Description

1. Conduct performance and competencies gap analyses with stakeholders, including diagnosing, mapping and translating their business needs, practices, priorities and nuances into learning & development needs and functional & leadership competencies map.
2. Translate the learning & development needs into learning solutions and experiences with strong design principles for the target employees/ functions/ business groups, based on the modality, content and outcome that the business is driving.
3. Architect and deploy modern, adult learning journey solutions through both facilitated (Virtual ILT, Help Desk, Live Webinar Training Buddy, Instructor Led Training, Peer Mentoring, OTJ Coaching) and non-facilitated solutions (Video/Audio, Announcement, Independent Reading, Online Forum, Branched eLearning, Job Aides, Knowledge Management Articles, Talking Guide, Decision eLearning, Gamification) to ensure the end-to-end learning experience is targeted at the learning audiences.
4. Drive the adoption of innovative learning technologies and integration of legacy processes with industry best practice through process reengineering combined with organizational transformation, change management and technology solutions.
5. Measure before and after state of the business using key business indicators and learning evaluation methods to drive continuous improvement and innovation of learning & development solutions being deployed.
6. Design, develop and deliver training programs/ simulations such as but not limited to personal effectiveness, managerial & leadership skills, team effectiveness etc. development.
7. Promote learning culture through the creation of employee development programs, conversations and tools.
8. Manage the learning partners’ relationships and the end-to-end process from translating learning & development needs into learning objectives, working with learning partners on the curriculum/ learning solutions design to successful deployment of the learning programs.
9. Curate, develop, edit and publish content that promotes a dynamic and personalized user experience on the learning platforms to encourage employees to learn on demand.
10. Maintain content on learning portal according to content guidelines and standards for standardization, quality, relevance and accountability of all content.
11. Promote evolution of the learning portal and proactively bring ideas for content through new promotions, video scripts, employee-centered content, social media, contests, etc.
