Job Description

• Advice the Head of Information Security Architecture, Technology and Engineering in the operational status of Celcom’s Enterprise Information Security Services 
• Collaborate with project planning team to ensure that overall Celcom Information Security governance is achieved in the areas of the Celcom Group IT Infrastructure and business solutions.
• Provide daily monitoring, configuration management, system coordination and maintenance support for Celcom Information Security services deployed within the Celcom Information Security portfolio.
• Provide complete and accurate Celcom Information Infrastructure security knowledge with emphasis on the system technical capabilities and placement of specific Celcom Information Security products and / or technology with new and existing services, more specifically products and solutions within the core Telecom and Enterprise space
•  Provide Security Engineering consultation in relation to the configuration deployment of networks and systems from a technical, product and process perspective
• Lead and execute complex Celcom Information security projects inclusive preparation of RFI/ RFQ and RFP, evaluations, vendor engagements and utilize project management skills to achieve the goals
• Contributes in preparing budgets for the solutions service renewal and provide inputs for the yearly organization budgets business plan
• Provide security integration consultation with regards to product and non – product centric Celcom Security Information Infrastructure are aligned with Celcom requirements
• Performs product evaluations, recommends and implements products/services for security solution and to produce detailed engineering specifications with recommended vendor technologies.
• Provide Security Engineering consultation such as examines the development of information that remain secure in the face of a myriad of threat such as security design principle and selection of effective control to mitigate vulnerabilities 

Job Requirements

• CEH/CISA / CISM/ CISSP (would be an advantage) 
• Good understanding of Information security related standards and best practices (these include ISO 27001, NIST, PDPA, PCI-DSS, Cybercrime act, CSA, IETF,TIA, ETSI etc.) 
• Good understanding of Cyber laws and Law enforcement requirements 

1. At least 7 years working experience in IT / Info Security and or related fields. 
2. At least 7 years of Information Security Infrastructure Management, Support and Maintenance
