Job Description

  1.  Serve as subject matter expert for Digital product development and management.
  2.  Lead in collaborating with creative and technical teams on new digital product development, including business requirements, digital product website design, technical design and testing.
  3. Develop recommendations for new product benefits, and product enhancements specific to Digital.
  4. Manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize deliverables.
  5. Provide updates to project team and management regarding project status, key highlights, challenges, next steps and timelines.
  6. Review customer verbatim on a weekly basis and understand top 5 customer pain points in the appointed Digital domain.
  7. Define solutions to mitigate customer pain points across specific digital user journeys within the appointed Digital domain.
  8. Review Digital Analytics reports daily, weekly and monthly to gain a thorough understanding of the performance of the user journeys across all channels.
  9. Report on the performance in all governance forums and understand the insights underlying the reports of the appointed digital product.
  10. Develop business cases for new functionality and ensure achievement on benefits within prescribed timeframes.
  11. Develop and execute a product road map to improve digital product websites and maintain competitive advantage.
  12. Analyse business trends and product benefit usage.
  13. Develop and drive clear commercial plans of the appointed digital product to ensure string customer uplift & commercial return for Celcom.
  14. Detailed funnel management and optimization of the appointed Digital product.
  15. Lead in overseeing Assure Commercial Online & Self Service Capabilities, and requirements for channel experience, co-ordinates with key cross function stakeholders, manages detailed requirements and detailed designs of core Online and Self-service capability, assist in the development of business models for investment assessment, perform detailed TNPS analysis, prepare budgets for market analysis and required expertise for Online and Self-service, assist to ensure that appropriate commercial reviews, business models and processes are in place for any product and user experience investment, manage the tracking of business benefits delivered by roadmap implementation and develop the relevant business cases to support market deployments and extensions of capabilities.
  16. Track performance and facilitate the implementation of a robust reporting framework to include the definition of a KPI dashboard to monitor the overall health and track the achievements of the product and services roadmap, business benefits and ensure delivery is on time, within scope and budget, track delivery of products and service into market; produce reports as required.

Job Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Science, IT or Commerce 
 
1.    With Degree, a minimum of 5 - 8 years’ experience (Diploma, a minimum of 8 – 10 years’ experience) essential within an online environment with exposure to: 
  • product management/marketing role 
  • eCommerce
  • sales and marketing
2.    Experience in an international company and working with different cultures is an advantage. 
3.    Experience in telecommunications and mobile preferred 
4.    Online/Digital. 
5.    Operational management of Online capability, including Online Store sales. 
6.    Optimising multiple sales channels and significantly increasing market share. 
7.    Experience in online service delivery/online marketing /online and self-service product management. 
8.    Experience of implementing and leading a customer driven product and service roadmap and projects. 
9.    Experience in Online and self-service product strategy and project management. 
10.  Experience in delivery of digital and self-service experiences in close cooperation with Technology and Finance counterparts. 
11.  Experience in Internet specific development processes.
