Job Description

  1. Facilitate the collaboration with creative and technical teams on new digital product development, including gathering business requirements, managing stakeholders and vendors, prioritizing product / platform roll out, product website design, technical design and testing and go-to-market strategy.
  2.  Provide input in developing recommendations for new digital product benefits, and product enhancements specific to online for digitize the Enterprise business customers.
  3. Manage multiple projects and manage a small team independently and have ability to collaborate with other digital product teams. 
  4. Prepare updates to project team and management regarding project status, key highlights, challenges, next steps and timelines.
  5.  Review customer verbatims and pain points, and devise ways to improve tNPS through insights and customer analytics.
  6.  Participate in defining solutions to mitigate customer pain points across specific digital user journeys.
  7. Review Digital Analytics reports daily, weekly and monthly to gain a thorough understanding of the performance of the user journeys across all channels Analytics.
  8.  Prepare web/app/e-commerce conversion reports on the performance in all governance forums and understand the insights underlying the reports.
  9. Provide input and facilitate the development of business cases for new functionality and ensure achievement on benefits within prescribed timeframes.
  10. Facilitate the execution of a digital product road map to improve product and maintain competitive advantage.
  11.  Analyse business trends and digital product benefit usage.

Job Requirements

1.  With Degree, a minimum of 5 years’ experience (Diploma, a minimum of 8 years’ experience) within an online environment with exposure to: 
  • Product management/marketing role. 
  • eCommerce or web/app operations. 
  • Sales and marketing. 
2.  Experience in an international company and working with different cultures is an advantage. 
3.  Experience in telecommunications and mobile preferred. 
4.  Have adopted the agile working method and have experience in using digital tools like JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner or equivalent is an advantage.
