Job Description

• Support day-to-day business operations that are impacted or driven by regulatory requirements
• Review and analyze new or existing laws to see how the company is affected
• Conduct research, draft memoranda on various topics and assist with contracts
• Administer and maintain legal files and a system of preservation for all original and other records 
• Keep all in-house reference materials up to date
