Job Description

• You will be learning and exposed to creating ideas for Boozeat Promotion Campaigns, partnering with Copywriter and Marketing to visualise the idea and participation in regular staff meeting

• You will be learning and exposed to real world knowledge of working with clients and managing accounts, hands on strategising and planning and participation in regular staff meetings
• Manage all social media channels and campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience to increase audience satisfaction
• Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy
• Works with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels
• Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
• Assist with additional ad-hoc duties

• You will be learning and exposed to meeting clients, managing events and participation in regular staff meetings
• Assist in promotion of all events and activities, press releases and social media campaigns
• Assist in development of scripts, agendas, timelines, powerpoint presentations and research
• Assist in organisation and execution of all special event logistics
• Assist in updating of event online presence
• Involve in planning for upcoming events

• You will learn and be exposed to managing stocks and participation in regular staff meetings
• Help plan and create schedules of delivery trips
• Help maintain the office and keep it running smoothly
• Track client's payment and control partner accounts
• Assist Head of Operations and Finance in tasks

• You will learn and be exposed to managing websites, hands-on experience in human resources and participation in regular staff meetings
• Assisting HR Manager in tasks
• Going through websites to scout for talents
• Managing human resource activities

Job Requirements

• Good command of AI (Illustrator), Photoshop, Indesign, 3D
• Experience in photo touch-up
• Takes initiative to improve products and processes, proactively communicates with teams, follows up on issues and bring projects to closure
• An English speaker
• Experience in creating key visual
• Interests in photography and video shooting
• Wants to learn and work on UX/UI job description
• Must be motivated, organised and possess good communication skills
• BA/BS in Art or Graphic Design

• Must be motivated, organised and possess good communication skills
• Knowledge on handling social media platforms
• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Required language: English

• Expertise in Windows based computer programs including Word, MS Publisher and Excel
