About The Job

1. Assist Sales Team in Quotation Preparation 
2. Ensure Accurate Creation of Product Code in Company IT system according to specification as agreed in Sales Agreement
3. Acknowledge Customer Purchase Order and Advise on Delivery Date 
4. Ensure accurate Issuance of Purchase Order in Timely Manner
5.  Carry out New Item Meeting on New Product Briefing and ensure all relevant document are complete prior to meeting 
6. Ensure paper work and sales-related mandatory documents are organised and filed according to company SOP
7. Track ,Review , and Follow Up on Customer Order ensure On Time Delivery
8. Liaise across inter department and supplier to manage matter related customer order
9. Collection of Customer Service Performance Data by Half Yearly Basis , assist strategy and performance manager in compilation of data
10. Assist Sales Team in other customer related work as necessary
11. Attend to customer request/inquiry/problem as necessary 

Job Requirements

1. No Prior Working Experience Required
2. Interpersonal Communication Ability and Basic Knowledge on Customer Service is a plus point
3. Ability to systematically organise own work and coordinate work as a team
4. Diploma and Above
