● Support our global recruitment and talent management needs, including onboarding, processing work permits, and expat management.
● Liaise with governmental authorities such as the Immigration Department, and Inland Revenue Board on a regular basis on behalf of the company and employees.
● Administer key human resource activities such as performance appraisals.

● An advanced/higher/graduate diploma or bachelor’s degree.
● Extensive experience in Microsoft Office applications, as well as popular HR management and payroll systems.
● Well-honed organizational, administrative, and accounting skills.
● Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
● Relevant work experience in a related field, such as managing and onboarding expats, processing work permits, and dealing with Malaysian governmental authorities will be a plus.
