You will be part of a very small and proactive team. Hence, you will have in-depth exposure to everything we do and have a fully immersive experience of working in a growing start-up that has multiple ranges of business pipelines - Platform & Tech, Programme, Taylor's Makerspace.

The most important role of our HQ team is to make sure all teams are able to carry out their impact projects smoothly and without any hiccups! The HQ team makes that happen by ensuring every team standards are measured up.

Your key responsibilities are including but not limited to:
  • Contribute to improving data quality in HR software
  • Assist in internal and external competitive market pay research, analysis and recommendations for positions, pay structures, job classifications, pay practices and pay delivery models
  • Assist to process and develop recruitment and hiring processes and databases; from start to end.
  • Assist to process Payroll and legal procedures
  • Onboarding, regular check-ins, and offboarding with the team members - to keep them engaged and assist the organizational needs
  • Assist users (team members) throughout HR software as well as troubleshooting
  • Be part of our HQ strategy and implement fresh creative ideas.

You will be able to learn about the big picture and overview of HR processes and policies, and managing multiple stakeholder interests. You will also learn about many different aspects that are involved in 21st-century education for youth empowerment, community development and social impact, through our education programme and courses. This is the perfect opportunity for somebody who is still exploring the field or who wishes to develop into an all-rounder.

Job Requirements

  • Interest/Background: Bachelor Degree of Human Resource, Computer Science, Business Admin or any related field
  • Empowered to learn and be independent in using tech software - Slack, Airtable Database, Kakitangan, G-suite, Humanity (Time-tracking scheduling) etc.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills - both English & Malay
  • Personality: attention-to-detail, people-person, passionate and enthusiastic

Effectively deal with ad-hoc challenges, keep calm in pressing situations, be flexible with last-minute changes, and still have a positive attitude throughout.
