Job Description
We are looking for a Software Developer to develop, maintain and troubleshoot our existing Loyalty Management System (LMS), web development and future mobile application. You will be part of a talented team of IT expertise that delivering mission critical system and ensuring highest level of availibility, performance and security. A qualified software developer must have background in IT, skill and knowledge in Java, PHP, Postgres database or any other database.
Job Responsibilities
- Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs.
- Testing and evaluating new programs.
- Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications.
- Writing and implementing efficient code.
- Determining operational practicality.
- Developing quality assurance procedures.
- Maintaining and upgrading existing systems.
- Provide training to users.
- Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject.
- Must have Java programming skill.
- Ability to develop front end and back end using Java/PHP.
- Experience in SQL database.
- Experience in Postgres will be added advantage.
- Knowledge and interest in computer systems and the latest technologies.
- The ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- An analytical mind.
- The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues.
- Commercial and business awareness.
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
