Job Description

 Responsibilities:
  • To provide administration support which include general office administration and office administration correspondence
  • Handling office incoming and outgoing mailing, attending to all telephone calls etc.
  • Manage office equipment, stationery and cleanliness 
  • Manage & ensure proper filling of all building operation documents
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

 

Job Requirements

 Requirements:
  1. Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  2. Competent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  3. Required to know Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  4. Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team.
  5. Able to work under pressure.
