Job Description
- High level of conceptual thinking and experience design. Able to create concepts in multiple platforms / media
- Plans, designs and prepares a variety of digital assets: brand assets, lifestyle images, web design, email, landing pages, and social media artworks for (Facebook and Instagram).
- Consults with department heads and marketing staff to develop art work for Company products as part of the marketing effort
- Works independently to complete tasks which are consistent with the creative department and its requirement
- Detailed design when it comes to editing and cropping models in Photoshop (Hair, Skin, lines... etc) , products and marketing related material.
- Performs a variety of related design tasks, as require
- Video editing / knowing how to use video equipment is a plus.
- Work with industry standard design and web development software including Latest Adobe CC, Wordpress
Job Requirements
- Educational and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Art/Design and five years of related experience.
- Effective verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and work to design new products of art to meet the needs of the Marketing Department in their efforts to present Merit's products to it's customers.
- Ability to produce an art/design product consistent in theme with other corporate graphic art products.
- Ability to be neat and organized and pay attention to detail.
- Must be able to work under strict time constraints and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
