Job Description

• To managing timeline and workflow for all jobs brief in between creative and account servicing department and also make sure that work is distributed equally and fairly between creative teams, and other departments 
• To control of the entire processes of FA development till material output   
• To work out internal costing i.e PE for billing purpose 
• To support print shoot activities in sourcing photography studio, obtain quotation, prepping and supervise the shoot 
• Liaising and work closely with third party on all kind of illustration works 
• Monitor daily attendance and administrate the leave application in creative department 
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by superior 

Job Requirements

• At least 8 years related working experience will be required for this position 
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in mass communication/ business administration/ marketing or equivalent 
• Independent with good communication and interpersonal skill 
• A well-organised, self-disciplined and has the sense of responsibility 
• Well converse in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
