Job Description

• Manage project development from initiation to closure.
• Be accountable for project results along with the project sponsor (client & servicing team).
• Work with the stakeholders to complete project charter outlining the scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, and timing.
• Complete work structure breakdown to estimate effort required for each task.
• Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed and by which discipline and by whom. 
• Clearly communicate expectations to all team members and stakeholders.
• Arranging, coordinating and managing internal resources.
• Act as a mediator between stakeholders and team members.
• Communicate and update senior level management regarding project status on a regular basis.
• Resolve any issues and to derive solutions to problems throughout the project life cycle. 
• Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to the scope are documented and approved by stakeholders through proper documentation (change request forms). 
• Determine if external consultants or contractors will be required to complete project plan. If required, recruit and manage appropriate staffing resources. 
• Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to all stakeholders. 
• Lead and motivate the project team members on a proactive basis. 
• Determine how results will be measured and complete a post-project evaluation & report to determine how well results were achieved. 
• Ensure all project documents are correctly developed, debriefed, shared and filed/ archived for all projects. 

Job Requirements

• Experience in working in a collaborative environments with multiple disciplines internally, and multiple stakeholders externally. 
• Familiarity with project management tools and/or with software packages 
• Ability to manage and lead a team of junior to mid-level project team members 
• Able to work independently and able to delegate and manage responsibilities. 
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and able to adapt to changes quickly. 
• Must have excellent communications, analytical, problem solving and leadership skills. 
• Able to elicit cooperation and consensus from senior level management and across departments. 
• Experience and involvement in project management life cycles. 
• University degree or diploma with relevant working experience in related fields. 
• Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in project management, but experience in strategic, operational and technical marketing & management skills are a bonus
