Job Description

Customer Happiness:
Customer happiness is our happiness =P

  • Delivery of excellent level of customer service
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Work closely with Technical Team & Sales Team
  • Conduct training to customers
  • Be people-pleasers, your main objective will be to keep our customers happy! 

Operations & Admin:
  • Calling existing databases to verify schedule appointments
  • Able to assist with any enquiries candidates may have
  • Data entry and related administrative works


Job Requirements


  • Organised & systematic in works
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent verbal communication skill with effective listening
  • Flexible as customers do not always operate on 9-to-5 schedules 
  • Able to cope with emotional stress, stay calm in difficult conversation
  • You possess good work ethics and integrity
  • Required language(s): Chinese, Malay, and English (both written and verbal)
