Job Description
The successful candidate will work closely with our web development and software design teams to update the website and internal web tools to make them more efficient. The front-end developer will also be responsible for creating innovative solutions to web design issues to help make the website more visually appealing and enhance usability.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities
- Implement responsible web design principles to ensure that our company website renders well across multiple devices
- Design a framework for creating user apps that grows with the needs of the company
- Monitor website performance, watch for traffic drops related to site usability problems and rectify the issues
- Review app and feature coding and plan future website upgrades with the development team
- Assist in the development of applications and features that will be put on the website and in internal functions as well
Requirements
- Required skill(s): PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS.
- Must develop in macOSX or Linux
- Experience with PHP frameworks such as Code Igniter, Symfony and CakePHP, Java and web services, AngularJS and Linux
- Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services.
- Understanding of other web technologies is added advantage.
- Must be passionate in best design development, coding practices and possess good working attitude.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Graphic Design or equivalent
- Passionate, detailed, diligent, team player and willing to learn attitude.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
Salary
- Depending on experience, the pay for this role will be in the region of RM3,500.00 to RM5,000.00 /month.
