Job Description
The successful applicant will be expected to:
- Responsible for maintaining the Accounts receivable, collection, preparing aging report, customer aging reports and other related reports.
- Analyzed data obtained and record results, using in house data processing system.
- Reconciled cash account to bank statements and general ledger balance.
- Monitor collection target and order on hold, to liaise with sales and customer to ensure prompt collection.
- Responsible for maintaining the accounts payable on the monthly basis
- Manage monthly cash flow and budgeting.
- Manage monthly payroll
- Interim office manager
Job Requirements
- A minimum 3-5 years of management accounting experience
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Independence
- Able to speak clearly, confidently and persuasively
- A people-person who loves networking and is great at building relationship
- Highly motivated, positive and outgoing personality
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
