Job Description
- Work closely with Team Leaders/ Managers to meet hiring needs of respective business units.
- Handle an effective recruitment and selection process in accordance with established HR Policy and procedure, including follow through for proper recruitment documentation.
- Daily duties include:
- Coordinate interview schedules, test administration and liaise with hiring managers for the offer process. Update and maintain high accuracy of recruitment record
- Facilitate on boarding process
- Handle Employee Referral Scheme communication and ensure tracking thereto
- Administer Pre-Employment Screening Process
- To assist in other ad hoc requests as and when required
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Above average English communication skills; ability to speak in Chinese is an added advantage.
- Posses knowledge of MS. Excel at intermediate level.
- Able to work independently and interact with all levels.
- Able to start internship immediately and willing to work in Cyberjaya.
