Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver Finance Transformation Projects, with a focus on Automation & Robotics Process Automation
- Lead/Support in implementation of Finance Shared Services, process improvement projects and any other change management projects
- Research, design and conduct training
- Lead/support in sustainable projects for the Finance and GBS community through MONSTAR Club (https://www.facebook.com/monstarclubssp/) via workshop, conference and social events
Job Requirements

- Qualified accountant, preferably with additional IT qualification, or a healthy dose of learning appetite to be IT savvy
- Audit/Commercial Finance/Consulting/Finance Shared Services experience will be an added advantage

- Flexibility in delivering projects of different scale and magnitude
- Enjoy interacting with different people from various organisations
- Exhibit Influencing and persuasiveness skillsets
- Strong desire to develop yourself
- Passion in developing others, especially in building future Malaysian Finance talent
- Ability to tell story from the numbers, or a potential to do so-quickly
