Job Description

As a MAD-ian, you are part of a team of amazing leaders who exemplifies our guidestones of Love, Integrity and Growth. Your key role is to increase the bottomline of 8MAD Group by helping customers identify and solve their real problems through Brand Activation. Specific tasks will include developing Brand Marketing solutions that work and upscale businesses as well as find ways to create and magnify sustainable massive value to a project.

We are looking for hungry individuals who are ready to get out of their comfort zone to realise their potential in skillsets, knowledge and mindset. You will need the right attitude, an open mind and commitment that you are responsible for your own growth. Ultimately, the end goal is that in whatever that you do, you believe that you will make an impact.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with proven ability to represent your organization in external meetings with senior stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and meet deadlines

  • Strong analytical skills backed by intermediate knowledge of Excel, ability to use data to understand root causes of performance and make decisions

  • Action and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment

  • Strong ownership and attention to details

  • Passion about improving both customer and seller experience

If you have experience leading a team and managing a portfolio of brands, it is a plus!
