Job Description
i. Warehouse Responsible for overall planning and operation of storage space Follow up on stock arrival, stock transfer Ensure proper documentation and supervision of loading and unloading process of stock Stock location transfer, stock count, stock defect control etc ii. Receiving & QC Ensure stocks ordered from domestic and oversea suppliers are delivered in accordance with purchase order Collaborate with warehouse person in charge for loading & unloading, arrival and transfer of stocks Prepare and manage documentation with relation to custom and shipment Liaise with oversea warehouse, purchaser and marketing to determine stocks for shipment delivery iii. Process & packaging Plan and manage production schedule and labor resources to ensure smooth delivery of end product to fulfill sales order Control and supervise worker to ensure defect rate and missing product quantity is below acceptable level iv. Purchasing Source, select and compare trade and non-trade supplierJob Requirements
