Job Description
Our role is about meeting people, getting to know their financial priorities & fill their GAP of achieving their financial goals with investment tools. You will be train to use simple tools to find the right solutions for your clients. Hence, it's important to have that "You care" attitude when you are in this business. Successful selected associate will FOCUS on investment or wealth management solutions to acquire client base. To value add & provide a more comprehensive service, associate will be train to develop client's other need such as RISK MANAGEMENT, FINANCING & ESTATE PLANNING. Income will be in multiple active & passive stream when you full fill your clients multiple needs with multiple vehicles. Being a selected candidate, you will be put through a 5 sessions kick start training of "How to reach out to your market with asset management solutions" Further on achieving an accumulation of business, u will be promoted to Assistant BDM with increment in comm. Most importantly, your learning curve & fun will never stops in any period of the career. Areas like team building, technical & products stuffs, concepts, selling & people skills, etc.Job Requirements

Background in finance is plus point. -We are committed to train the right candidate with the right attitude. -Our training are proven practical where "We Sell the way we would Buy". 10 candidates will be shortlisted & train by a GROUP of coaches. - Nationality : Malaysian - Education Min Diploma - Good interpersonal skills (A people person) - Experience in Sales & Marketing role. - Candidate between age 24 - 35 - Presentable appearance (attach a personal photo in your CV) - Posses own transportCompany Benefits
