About The Job

  • Daily planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing multiple paid social campaigns (e.g Facebook and Instagram)

  • Daily planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing multiple keywords and display campaigns on Google Adwords

  • Manage Programmatic Display Marketing with our service providers such as Sociomantic, Criteo and etc.

  • Optimise adverts on the different Programmatic platforms.

  • Accessing new technologies, strategies to improve ROI

  • Manage the development of ad creativity and landing pages

  • Manage Adwords display and retargeting initiatives

  • Implement a rigorous test-and-learn methodology to optimize campaign performance

  • Monitor results daily and focus on lead quality and ROI improvements

  • Analyse and provide reports and insights to improve performance continuously

  • Work closely and build a relationship with our service providers to ensure that they maintain KPIs that is set.

Your Requirements

  • Ideally 4 to 5 years of working experience in paid search, PPC, Social media Ads. Experience in digital marketing and website analytics.

  • High level of expertise with the Adwords platform, Google Analytics and Facebook Advert Manager.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, meet deadlines and provide high quality work.

  • Good written and oral communications. Able to communicate with the different levels of an organization.

  • Strong time and project management skills, able to manage multiple campaign at a time and still able to pay attention to details.

  • A broad understanding of digital channels and online marketing.

  • Highly collaborative, self motivated, team player, who loves working in a fast paced environment.
